Shane started his career in the construction industry and after a few years building homes, he decided to obtain his real estate license. In early 2009 he joined RE/MAX Concepts and as his business began to flourish, he opened an office in Polk City. Shane built a strong business but wanted to do more as a mentor for other agents. He became a Broker/Owner with RE/MAX Concepts in 2013, and he became a principal owner in September 2016. Shane lives in Polk City with his wife Mandy and three children.
